What to expect with Scheduled Maintenance

  • A list of a few of the things our customers have us check is as follows:
  • Clean condenser and evaporator coils as needed. Use a foaming chemical to deep clean when necessary.
  • Check box temperatures.
  • Check electrical connections and check motor capacitors for obvious issues.
  • Check system for rattles & vibrations.
  • Check that fan motors are working properly and spin the blades to see that they spin freely and are not beginning to fail.
  • Check refrigerant levels.
  • Check condensate drain lines for proper drainage.
  • Check freezer evaporator coils for proper defrosting.
  • Check freezer defrost timers for proper operation.
  • Check door gaskets, and recommend replacement where deemed necessary.
  • Check system performance.
  • Clean ice machines and check for proper ice making cycles.
  • Replace filters and belts on HVAC systems.
  • Check for clogged condensate drain lines on HVAC systems.
Many of our customers are happy with having their system checked twice per year, while other choose to have their systems checked at other intervals. The scheduled maintenance program is tailored to our customers needs.
